RO Plant

Reverse osmosis (RO) water treatment systems filter out suspended and dissolved solids from source water by forcing it through semi-permeable membranes. These membranes can remove various minerals that affect pre-treatment and application, depending on the specific design and construction.

Compared to water softeners, RO systems achieve and maintain much lower TDS levels (between 50–250 ppm), making them highly suitable for treating source water with significantly high TDS levels. Water treated through reverse osmosis can be used to improve coating performance and/or reduce pre-treatment chemical usage in chemical bath operations.

DM Plant

Demineralization generally results in almost complete removal of minerals, and is thus typically reserved for applications requiring higher level of water purity, such as feed or makeup water for high pressure boilers, rinse water for industries, or process streams used in electronics manufacture.
